3-Week Program. This course focuses on the basics that will allow you to be a master in your own kitchen. You will walk away with knife skills and an understanding of techniques such as braising, sauteing, roasting, frying, baking and searing. You will learn the basics of baked goods, breakfast preparation and seasonal cooking.
6-Week and 12-Week Programs. These courses take the knowledge you have acquired and put them to the test through the execution of dishes that represent different parts of the world such as French cooking, Southern, Latin, and so on. We’ll delve deeper into the fine arts of food preparation. You will always take home recipes and tips that you can refer to over and over again, long after the course is completed.
